1st Day : Arrival in Delhi- The representative of the tour receives the guests on their arrival in Delhi the National Capital of India. After being bestowed with a warm welcome the guest is escorted to the City Hotel for an overnight stay.
2nd Day : Sightseeing and Shopping in Delhi - The second day is spent in touring this vibrant city which co-incidentally has been the premier city for rulers of ancient, medieval and modern India. The Red Fort , The Jama Masjid , The Purana Quila, The Raj Ghat , The Rashtrapati Bhawan , The India Gate , The Lotus Temple are some of the outstanding monuments encompassing both medieval and modern India. 3rd Day : Delhi - Amritsar Next day the tour proceeds to the holy city of Amritsar which is a home to the most important Sikh shrine -The Golden Temple . This principal Sikh Gurudwara is also called Harmandir Sahib or Darbar Sahib .The Golden Temple which was constructed in 1604 AD, houses the Guru Granth Sahib the eleventh Guru of Sikhism. After paying obeisance at Golden Temple , the visitor is free to visit other religious shrines existing in the city .
4th Day : Amritsar site seeing- Apart from Golden Temple, Jalianwala Bagh and Wagah Border are the other top tourist sites of Amritsar. Jallianwala Bagh reminds the humanity of one of the worst massacres the world has ever witnessed . On April 13, 1919 , Reginald Dyer , the British Army Brigadier , ordered his soldiers to fire on thousands of unarmed people who had gathered for a protest meeting against the oppressive policies pursued by the then British Government against the Indians . In this mad shooting spree it is believed that over 1000 innocent people lost their lives. The number of the wounded people stood at an alarming figure of 2000. The bullet marks of this brazen act of General Dyer can still be seen on the walls of the Park .
The Wagah Border between India and Pakistan is a great place to visit in the evening for the flag lowering ceremony by the soldiers of both the nations .The overnight stay is at the Hotel.
5th Day : Amritsar-Chandigarh-Immediately after the sumptuous breakfast on the fifth day , the tourists proceeds to the Union Territory of Chandigarh . This city which is renowned world over for its amazing architectural structures and incredible landscape. 7th Day : Delhi -Pushkar -On the 7th day of the Golden Temple with Jaipur Tour , the tourists proceed to Pushkar - a famous Hindu Holy town in Rajasthan . 9th Day : Sightseeing and Shopping in Jaipur - On the 9th day , the tourist will visit the historical sites and markets of Jaipur. This City is the Capital of Indian desert state of Rajasthan . Established in 1727 by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II, Jaipur houses striking monuments the Amer Fort, City Palace , Hawa Mahal - palace of winds and Jantar Mantar-the famed observatory. 10th Day : Jaipur -Delhi : After an splendid tour of Jaipur on the previous day , the tour today will proceed back to Delhi . On arrival in Delhi . The tourists then take the plane or train for their onward journey.
