Jaisalmer Fort
The only living fort in the world, Jaisalmer Fort, also known as the Sonar Qila (Golden Fort) is a maze of houses, temples and colorful shops. Situated atop the Trikuta Hill, the exploring the fort at leisure has its own special charm.

Havelis of Jaisalmer
The havelis of Jaisalmer are undoubtedly a major tourist attraction. The likes of Patwon- ki- Haveli, with its carved pillars and extensive corridors, Salim Singh - ki- Haveli, with its superbly arched roof along with carved brackets in the forms of peacocks leave the visitors totally spell bounded.

Sam Dunes
Enjoy an exhilarating camel safari ride on the massive stretch of sand at the Sam Dunes that are situated in the Sam village, 42 kms away from the city centre.

Gadi Sagar Tank
Surrounded by temples and shrines, the Gadi Sagar tank was built in 1367 and still attracts numerous migratory birds and waterfowls. The beautiful yellow sandstone gateway arching across the road to the tank- Tilon ka Pol has a Krishna temple on it.
